With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering women to live their best lives. After years of practicing as a therapist, I transitioned into coaching, where I’ve combined my passion for dance and fitness—something I’ve been teaching since 2006—into a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Having personally navigated my own journey through disordered eating and body image challenges, I understand the struggles many women face, especially in midlife. After collaborating with various therapists and coaches, and immersing myself in countless books, I’ve developed a comprehensive system that integrates everything into one effective program.
